These terms govern your use of the Seven Payments Limited (“Seven”, “we”, “us”) website and services. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Our services

Seven provides payment services including payouts, collections, multicurrency accounts and card issuing to businesses. Access to our services is subject to a separate commercial agreement, onboarding and compliance checks. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Eligibility and onboarding

You must provide accurate, complete information during onboarding and keep it up to date. We may decline, suspend or close an account where we are required to by law or regulation, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, financial crime or a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for any unlawful purpose or on behalf of sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or bypass the security of our systems or APIs.
• Keep your API keys and credentials confidential and tell us promptly if they are compromised.

Fees

Fees for our services are set out in your commercial agreement or pricing schedule. We will give you notice before changing fees that apply to you.

Intellectual property

The website, our APIs, documentation and brand belong to Seven or our licensors. You may use them only as needed to use our services.

Liability

The website is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
